I believe that birth is a natural, normal process, and we have an innate ability to give birth. I provide my clients with evidence-based information and resources and assist them in making informed decisions. My goal is to help each of my clients have a positive birth experience, as they define it.

As a Lamaze instructor, I want each couple to walk away from my class feeling empowered and informed. You’ll learn about the physiology of birth, coping strategies, pain management options, and much more. Each course also includes the basics of breastfeeding and an emphasis on healing in postpartum (the 4th trimester). I strive to offer practical tips and tricks for new parents in a way that is both realistic and fun.

As a doula, my job is to guide you step-by-step in your pregnancy and birth. I’m there to help with decision-making, provide emotional and physical support, and bear witness to your journey. My job is to help you decide on a birth plan and then support you through the process. I use my experience and training to promote the best possible outcomes for Mom and baby.
